Bourbon's Bistro

A group of us had dinner at Bourbon's Bistro on Frankfort Avenue on Saturday night. Ryan and I continue to be very pleasantly surprised by all of the fantastic restaurants in Louisville, particularly those located on Frankfort Ave. and Bardstown Road - this is probably one of our favorites by far. The prosciutto-wrapped, brie stuffed chicken breast with apples and risotto that I ordered was great, but if I did it again I would definitely go with the pork chop that Ryan ordered. It's a wonderful restaurant, with a huge bourbon selection (if that's your thing). We'll definitely make it there again.
