In Search of the Great Pumpkin
This past Sunday our little family (sans Pearl) traveled down the road to the St. Matthews Great Pumpkin Patch (basically the local Boy Scouts set up a Windstream in a church parking lot and sell pumpkins to benefit their organization). There is a great farm not far from here in southern Indiana called Huber's where you can pick your own pumpkin, eat pumpkin doughnuts, go on a wagon ride, etc. - I think that will be great fun for Alexandra next year, not so much right now (especially since the poor little thing is cutting her first tooth AND battling her first cold!). She was pretty tired, but she looked awfully cute in her little Halloween outfit!

gotta love old navy for making such cute outfits for all the holidays!!
Love the pumpkin hat! Our poor kids have to endure so much for our enjoyment! That Huber's place sounds fun - you had me at pumpkin donuts!
Tina - wait till you see the pictuers of her in her Halloween costume! It will probably be way too big on her, but I have to get her in it for at least a little bit tomorrow afternoon. What is Sophia's costume?
Danielle - Alexandra did NOT care for that hat. While my little girl is somewhat petite, her head circumference is not (I think she is in the 75th percentile, she takes after both of her parents!). The hat was kind of small so it didn't really fit well. Huber's sounds awesome - I've never been there but heard great things. Here's the website: http://www.joehubers.com/.
Such a precious little pumpkin you have! And, the hat is adorable too!!
she is just adorable!!! Can't wait to see her...hopefully we'll be up there soon!
Big head = big brain! At least that's what we like to tell ourselves since Colin has a monster too.
