open to the public

it occurred to me tonight that i never posted a follow-up to my january post about making the blog private. obviously, the blog has remained open to the public and will stay that way! i was slightly overwhelmed by the number of responses i received for blog invites if i went private - a few of the comments were from regular commenters but many were from those who i had no idea read my blog! it made me think about how much i enjoy stumbling upon a new blog myself, and that if i went private people wouldn't have a chance to find mine. with that being said, please keep on reading and continue the comments, i love seeing what people think of the blog!
