i follow quite a few different blogs, and most of them have included a retrospective post this past week, reflecting on the events that transpired in their lives in 2009. since alexandra was born, i feel like my memory is shot so i have a hard time putting into words all of the events that have shaped the everyday life of our little family over the past 12 months....12 months, it seems to have gone by so quickly. the best way for me to reflect on 2009 and its impact is to look back at pictures. truly, i am hit by what a difference a year makes when i look at pictures of my sweet little baby maturing into an active, beautiful toddler.

the 2nd picture in Nov. 09 is my favorite, although I don't know how she could be any cuter....she looks like a baby doll!
What a beautiful little girl! Alexandra's curly hair is just the best. You have such a precious daughter, and she looks so happy.
It really is amazing how much changes with our children in the span of a year. Now wait and see what this second one has in store! Parenthood really is the greatest gift.
PS-Thank you for such a kind remark on my blog. It's been wonderful to "meet" you as well! You're going to do great in your new venture (especially now that you have the apps to do it as well. Ha!) By the by, I feel so much better knowing there is one more person in my camp concerning Breaking Dawn. New Moon is definitely one of my favorites, but it's a between it and Eclipse and I've yet to choose which one I like best. Eh. I'm not going to loose sleep over it!
